eSIM Go in the Czech Republic: no prices we can stand behind

eSIM Go does not sell to travellers

Before anything else on this page: eSIM Go sells wholesale to resellers, not to the public. We opened esim-go.com on 18 August 2026 and found no consumer price anywhere on the site — no basket, no checkout, Contact Sales where a shop puts Buy now, and no per-country consumer pages, which return 404.

So there is no Czech plan to price, no product page for you to check, and nothing on eSIM Go's site to hold against the market below. The 34 rows we do hold for it, spread across 16 large countries, cannot be verified for the same reason: there is no published consumer price to read them against. What we hold on eSIM Go here: nothing

Our Czech dataset covers four sellers. Airalo's 19 plans were read off its own site on 13 August 2026, Nomad's ten off its own on 17 August 2026 and Saily's five off its own on 18 August 2026; only Holafly appears with indicative prices we have not confirmed. eSIM Go is in none of it — no plan, no price, no host network.

The page that stood here said otherwise. It named two Czech operators as the networks behind eSIM Go's plans and quoted a starting price of eight dollars for 3 GB. Neither statement came from eSIM Go. Both were pulled out of automatically generated text, and when we began checking that corpus against sellers' own checkouts the error rate was bad enough to condemn all of it. We removed the claims rather than soften them.

That leaves an honest page rather than a useful verdict. Here is the next best thing: what the Czech Republic actually costs, so you can price any unlisted plan yourself.

What a Czech plan should cost, by trip length

Every figure in the right-hand column was verified on 13 August 2026.

Two things fall out of that table. The first is how flat the duration curve is: a fortnight of 10 GB costs fifty cents more than a week of it. If a seller charges you significantly more for a longer window at the same allowance, that is a bad plan, not a normal one.

The second is where the value sits. The month-long 50 GB plan works out at 72 cents a gigabyte, against $1.50 at 10 GB. Any Czech offer above roughly $2 a gigabyte is expensive by local standards, and above $2.50 there is no case for it at all.

The competitor that isn't an eSIM

The Czech Republic is one of the countries where a local SIM is a genuinely easy buy. No ID is required and the SIM works immediately; the airport price is around $12. Most of Europe makes you produce a passport and fill in a registration form, and skipping that queue is half the reason travellers pay a premium for eSIMs. Here, you are not skipping much.

So an unlisted, unpriced eSIM has a stiffer rival than usual. It is competing against $12 off a rack, from a named Czech operator you can choose yourself — which is more than any travel eSIM in our data will tell you, since none of them have a confirmed host network here. That matters if you are heading for the remote Bohemian and Moravian forest trails, the border mountains of Šumava and Krkonoše, or the caves and gorges, where coverage thins for everyone.

What to check on the product page

Three things, in order. The clock, because Czech pricing barely rises with duration and a short window is rarely a saving. Tethering — the listing we inherited said eSIM Go supported hotspot use, which came from our own generated text and was never checkable. Look for tethering stated on whatever plan you do buy. The ceiling, because a seller with nothing above 10 GB cannot serve a month-long stay at a sensible rate, and the Czech market runs to a verified 50 GB.
