Airalo customer service: how to reach support, and the number question

How do you contact Airalo customer service?

Airalo customer service runs through chat. Airalo's Contact us page offers a live chat that opens when you choose "Reach out to support", and says support is available 24/7. Inside the app, tapping the orange chat icon gives a choice of Chat in the Airalo App or Chat on WhatsApp, as Airalo's refund article describes. We read these pages on 8 October 2026. This is desk research from public pages, and we did not contact Airalo ourselves.

Is there an Airalo customer service number?

Not on the pages we read. People search for an Airalo customer service number, but Airalo's Contact us page and help centre list two things: the help centre at airalo.com/help and a contact page at airalo.com/more-info/contact. Neither shows a phone number, or opening hours beyond "24/7". Airalo's page also does not mention email. If a number matters to you, check inside the app, because Airalo says the app offers additional contact options. We have not seen a number published and will not invent one. Treat any phone number found elsewhere with caution.

Should you start with the Airalo help centre?

For most questions, yes. Airalo's help centre is split into seven categories: About Airalo, Affiliates and Partnerships, Getting Started, My Account and Airmoney, Troubleshooting, Using and Managing eSIMs, and New Airalo. Troubleshooting alone lists 18 articles, including connection errors, carrier-lock problems and slow internet. What should you do before you contact support?

Airalo's articles repeatedly advise a few things:

• Wrong purchase or refund. Contact support before you install or use the eSIM so it can be reviewed quickly. See Airalo refund.
• Not delivered. Wait a few minutes and refresh the app. Airalo refunds automatically if nothing arrives within 70 minutes.
• Not connecting. Run through Airalo's own checklist first. It often is not a fault.
• Install fails. Tap View options on the error screen, which offers a replacement, a refund or escalation to support.

What does Airalo customer service not say?

The pages we read do not give response times, do not say what details to have ready, and give no email address or phone number. They do say the team is available 24/7 and that chat is the main route.

What can you do if the chat is not what you need?

The help centre is organised by category, and the Airalo app carries the same install and connection instructions for your own plan under My eSIMs. Airalo also keeps social channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube) on its site, but it does not say they handle support, so we would not rely on them for an urgent fault.
