What is eSIM Go? A business platform, not a travel eSIM shop

eSIM Go sells connectivity to brands, not to travellers. Here is what it is, what its pricing page says, and where its plans reach you.

What is eSIM Go?

eSIM Go is a wholesale eSIM platform for businesses. It is not a shop you buy from. Its website, esimgo.com (the old esim-go.com address redirects there), pitches mobile connectivity that partners can sell under their own brand, and its customers are companies: banks, airlines, travel brands, networks, retailers. If you searched "esim go" hoping to buy a plan, you will not find a checkout there. This page is desk research from the site, read on 8 October 2026.

Our longer review is at eSIM Go. This page is the plain answer.

Who does eSIM Go sell to?

Its home page names startups, challengers and incumbents, and lists uses such as loyalty perks, add-on revenue, bundling and audience monetisation. Industries include travel, banks and wallets, MNOs and MVNOs, utilities and retail. The route to buying is Contact: the buttons lead to a contact page, not a basket.

What does eSIM Go sell?

Two product lines are described:

  • Travel data eSIMs. Global data eSIMs that install quickly, with coverage in 190+ countries.
  • UK mobile plans. A UK network running on Vodafone.

Behind them sit APIs, lifecycle tools and monitoring, and support for the partner from scoping onwards. The site also links documentation, an API reference, release notes and a status page, all aimed at developers.

Does eSIM Go have prices?

Not for travellers. A pricing page exists, but it is for businesses: four tiers (Standard, Silver, Gold, Platinum), each with a monthly top-up commitment that it describes as credit for the plans a partner sells. No standard per-eSIM price is published for travel data. Rates come from a rate deck that varies by tier, and the UK mobile pricing is on request. No consumer plans are listed. That matches what we found on 18 August 2026, and it is why the 34 prices in our older data can never be paid by a traveller.

Where do eSIM Go plans appear?

Inside other companies' products. The home page illustrates this with mockups, not live offers: a bank app with a mobile section, an airline selling data next to a boarding pass, a rewards scheme where points redeem for data, a household broadband bill with mobile add-ons. The page says eSIM Go powers 400+ travel eSIM brands and 50+ UK MVNOs. Named partners include Wizz Air, MobiMatter, Tekmoni and one called Nomad Global.

We cannot tell you whether "Nomad Global" is the company behind Nomad and the Nomad eSIM explainer. The page does not say, and we will not guess. The price you pay at any such brand is set by that brand, not by eSIM Go.

Who owns eSIM Go?

The site names the legal entity as eSIM Go Ltd and lists GSMA and ITU membership and ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001 certifications. It does not name an owner, so we leave that blank.

What should a traveller do?

If you have seen eSIM Go on an airline or travel-agent page, buy from that brand, and compare its price. For a plan from a seller with a public checkout, use brands we have priced: Airalo, Nomad and Saily. Compare them on cheapest eSIM, or read what eSIMCard is for another real shop.

Common questions

What is eSIM Go?

eSIM Go is a wholesale eSIM and mobile platform that businesses sell under their own brand: banks, airlines, travel brands, networks and retailers. Its site, esimgo.com, shows no consumer checkout. If you searched for eSIM Go hoping to buy a plan, you would have to buy from one of the brands that resell it.

Can I buy an eSIM Go plan directly?

No, not on the pages we read. The site shows no consumer plans and no basket, and its Contact buttons lead to a contact page for businesses. When we first opened esim-go.com on 18 August 2026 it likewise had no checkout or consumer price, only a Contact Sales button.

Where do eSIM Go plans appear?

Inside other companies' products, such as airline, bank and travel apps. eSIM Go says it powers 400+ travel eSIM brands and 50+ UK MVNOs. Its home page illustrates this with mockups rather than live offers, and the price you pay at any such brand is set by that brand, not by eSIM Go.

Does eSIM Go publish prices?

Only for businesses. It has a pricing page with four tiers, Standard, Silver, Gold and Platinum, each with a monthly top-up commitment described as credit for the plans a partner sells. No standard per-eSIM travel price is published, and UK mobile pricing is on request, so there is no traveller price to quote.

Is eSIM Go the same as Nomad?

We cannot say. The site lists a partner called Nomad Global but does not say whether that is the Nomad at nomadesim.com, and we will not guess. What we can say is that eSIM Go sells to businesses, while Nomad has a public checkout where travellers can buy a plan directly.
